I Think I'll Go For a Walk Outside Now: First D.C. "Snow" Walk

The summer sun wasn't calling our name, but momma and I went puddling jumping/flake catching in D.C.'s first "snow fall" last weekend (in a real linguistic upset in our house, I have recently begun calling mom, "momma," and Cami has started calling her "mommy").  We were a little surprised that D.C. didn't cancel school -- given that momma received a D.C. alert notifying everyone that D.C.'s "snowplow" was out practicing in anticipation of precipitation.  That's right.  Our one snowplow was getting ready.  I mean, if it's going to be cold, give us some real snow!
